Mental Health Week Gala 2025: A Night of Connection and Creativity

Our Mental Health Week Gala 2025 was a beautiful evening that brought together people with lived experience, carers, community members, and leaders in a celebration of connection, reflection, and the transformative power of creativity.

We were honoured to welcome Hon. Steve Edgington MLA, Minister for Health, representing Chief Minister Lia Finocchiaro MLA, and Hon. Jinson Anto Charls MLA, Minister for Disability. Their presence and continued support for mental health initiatives in the Northern Territory means so much to our community.

The evening's keynote speaker, Sarah Rowan, delivered an inspiring message that resonated with everyone present. She reminded us that creativity isn't reserved for artists - it lives within each of us. Sarah encouraged us to carve out small, intentional spaces for creative thinking in our daily lives, inspiring us all to approach life with fresh perspective and curiosity.
