What is the Wellbeing Circle?

A low-pressure group workshop where you can reflect, share, and support each other. Sessions are recovery-focused, creative, and built around real connection.

Who is this for?

Adults in Darwin who want to take a step toward their own wellbeing. You do not need a referral, a diagnosis, or any prior experience with MIFANT.

You show up. That is the first step.

Where and when?

The Wellbeing Circle sounds like a fantastic way to take a more balanced approach to health and wellbeing. Looking after our physical comfort is just as important as supporting our mental and emotional health, especially when everyday stress can take its toll. Adding simple relaxation practices, such as using a Knee massager after a busy day or some gentle exercise, can make self-care feel much more achievable. It is great to see wellbeing programs encouraging people to slow down, connect and create healthier routines that suit their everyday lives.
