What Is the Holistic Wellbeing Program?

The Holistic Wellbeing Program is a series of low-pressure mental health workshops run by MIFANT in partnership with Just FLO (Figuring. Life. Out.). Each session is built around a simple idea: that recovery is not one size fits all, and that creativity, connection, and a safe space are practical tools for building wellbeing over time.

The program runs at MiPlace Hub. It is a welcoming, non-clinical environment where people living with mental illness, their families, and community members come together for connection and peer support.

On 25 May, MiPlace Hub is hosting a Creative Expression session as part of the Holistic Wellbeing Program, run in partnership with Just FLO. From 10am to 12pm, participants are invited to explore art, journaling, and open creative time in a safe and welcoming space. The session is recovery-focused, low pressure, and built around connection.

Who Is It For?

This session is for anyone in Darwin who wants a gentle, supported space to work on their mental wellbeing. It is particularly suited to people who find traditional therapeutic settings difficult to access, or who are looking for a community experience that complements other support they may already be receiving.

About Just FLO

Just FLO is a Darwin-based organisation focused on supporting people to figure out life on their own terms. The partnership between MIFANT and Just FLO brings together complementary approaches to recovery, combining MIFANT's 30 years of mental health sector experience with Just FLO's community-centred facilitation.
