MIFANT launches 'Person Too' awareness commercial
After months of preparation and planning, Mental Illness Fellowship of Australia NT (MIFANT) has launched its 'Person Too' awareness campaign and TV commercial.
Coinciding with MIFA(NT)'s name change and new location, we thought it would be appropriate to relaunch our brand to the Territory and remind everyone what we do.
With the help of a generous donation from DKJ Architects, and support from Sitzler construction, MIFA(NT) produced a TV commercial aimed at assuring people affected by mental illness are people too.
The TV commercial is based on the experiences of MIFA(NT) client, David, and carer, Liz, with the celebrity backing of well known identity Ernie Dingo. The wonderful images of David and Liz are courtesy of local photographer Tuan Nguyen.
The TV commercial will be running on channel 9 for a number of weeks and can be viewed by clicking this link.
MIFA(NT) would like to thank everyone who helped to make the ad happen:
Adam Walker & DKJ Architects, Sitzler construction, photographer Tuan Nguyen, Doug Hampton (Hamdon Sound), Lindsay Masters (Masters Studio), Karen Bouhoris and Alex Cannon from channel 9, Ernie Dingo for his voiceover, and, of course, David and Liz!
As a part of the Person Too campaign there will also be posters and brochures promoting MIFA(NT) and all its services.
